Four inspection checkpoints ensuring quality assurance from origin to final delivery
Initial quality testing at grain elevators in Kazakhstan/Russia producing regions. Testing moisture, impurities, test weight, protein content and other core parameters. Non-conforming batches rejected on site.
Before loading, international inspection agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) issue quality and weight certificates to ensure shipment quality meets contract specifications and Chinese import standards.
Upon entry through Alashankou/Khorgos, China Customs and CIQ conduct statutory inspection and quarantine, including pesticide residues, heavy metals, GMO testing and other safety parameters.
Final quality check upon arrival at the client's designated warehouse. Quality parameters verified against contract standards. In case of disputes, arrival inspection results prevail.
